SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by UK Courier, Royal Mail (In-expensive/small items) or a pre-designated courier via our suppliers. In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order. Project D does not guarantee on time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on back order. Back order items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturers. Please allow up to 28 days for all back orders although most will be dispatched within 7 days. Rare or special order items that we don’t stock will take longer to supply, any product falling under this category will display a lead time in the product description.
International Customers - Additional shipping charges may be payable depending on your country/location. Please complete the order process, we will contact you before your payment is processed if there are any additional shipping charges to be paid. Once paid your order invoice will be updated and available to view and print online. If paying by bank transfer please wait for us to contact you before making the transfer to save unnecessary charges.
PART-ORDERS
If you receive part of your order please do not be alarmed we have not forgotten the rest of your order! We often send part orders out while we wait for items to arrive, if you want to checkup on the progress of any item then don’t hesitate to contact us quoting your order number.
CANCELLATIONS
Any order which is cancelled with Project D once the order is in processing will be subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) fee. Please ensure your order is correct after it has been confirmed and before transferring your payment.
PAYMENT
Project D accepts all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and bank transfer. All Paypal Echeques are subject to a minimum of 7 to 12 business days for clearing. Bank transfers will vary from 2-5 days depending on your bank. Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address. Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit card holders bank.
REJECTION OF GOODS
As soon as the goods are delivered to buyer, they shall inspect them. Notice sent via email must be given within three (3) days after receipt of goods. Failure to give notice within three (3) days after receipt shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the goods. All foreign orders are final, no returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyers responsibility to order the correct part. Project D does not guarantee proper fitment for buyers foreign vehicles.
CLAIMS
Project D will exchange and pay all shipping expenses ONLY if the part received does not match the order placed within three (3) days of confirmed delivery. Claims due to the incorrect selection of products will not be accepted.
RETURNS
All items returned are subject to a 20% (Twenty percent) fee. Returns are not accepted on special orders and custom orders. All other returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days after date of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Project D within this time period to be eligible for a return. A return must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise package will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. Wheels which have been mounted are not returnable. If Project D does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. Please do not return packages to our office address as these will be returned, please contact us for our return address.
REFUNDS
A refund, exchange or core return will not be made until all items are returned to Project D. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card account only. All other non-credit card orders will be refunded by either paypal, company cheque or store credit. Refused shipments sent back to Project D do not constitute a refund or credit. Project D reserve the right to charge the customer shipping & handling costs for the refused shipment and a 20% restocking fee. |
